Ready Coated Sheet Metal

JSJ stock and source a wide selection of ready coated steels including Zintec (zinc coated) and galvanized. Both these two coatings offer increased corrosion protection as well as help to improve the durability and longevity to all products. Using precoated sheet metal is often a more cost effective and more convenient option that applying a coating to the material after manufacturing.

Surface Finishings and Coatings

JSJ works with a wide range of different surface coating including electro zinc plating as well as hot dipped galvanizing. Not only do these coatings provide excellent corrosion protection, but they also increase the durability of the material and therefore extend product lifecycle.

JSJ offers the option of powder coating through approved partners. This cost effective and durable coating allows customers to cover components in any colour as well as offer further protection against any, corrosion, scratching or wear and tear.
